To help us respond faster, include the relevant details for your topic:

  • Billing or refunds — the email on your account, charge date and amount, and the order ID from your Paddle receipt. See our Refund Policy.
  • Account or login issues — the email you signed up with and a short description of what happens when you try to sign in.
  • Bug reports — your browser and OS, what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
  • Feature requests — describe the problem you are trying to solve; we are more interested in the underlying need than a specific solution.
  • Press or partnership — say so in the subject line.
