Summary

We do not issue refunds for normal cancellations. The 7-day Pro free trial is your evaluation window — use it to decide whether Subnesio is right for you before you are charged. Refunds are available for billing errors and, where required by law, for Lifetime purchases within 14 days.

1. Pro subscription

  • Free trial: Pro starts with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel any time before it ends and nothing is billed.
  • After the trial: all sales are final. Cancelling stops future renewals; your current paid period continues until its end. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days within a billing period.
  • Yearly plan: the same rule applies — cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current year.

2. Lifetime plan

  • EU/UK consumers: you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). We do not ask you to waive this right at checkout, so it is honored by default.
  • After 14 days: Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Outside the EU/UK: the 14-day window is offered as a goodwill policy on the same terms.

3. Billing errors

We will refund charges within 30 days when:

  • You were billed twice for the same period (duplicate charge).
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation.
  • Your account had already been deleted at the time of the charge.
  • The amount charged does not match the price displayed at checkout.

4. How to request a refund

Email contact@subnesio.one with:

  • The email address on your Subnesio account.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • The transaction or order ID from your Paddle receipt.
  • A short note on which of the cases above applies.

We aim to reply within 5 business days.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and credited to the original payment method. Paddle typically settles refunds within 5–10 business days; the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than a chargeback. Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be suspended.
