Terms of Service

1. The service

Subnesio is a subscription tracking tool. You enter your recurring payments and we help you see and remember them. By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use Subnesio. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age in your country, whichever is higher.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, probe, or attack the service.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not use Subnesio to store unlawful content or to evade legal obligations to third parties.
• Do not resell, sublicense, or wrap the service without written permission.

4. Plans and billing

The Free plan is available without payment. Paid plans (Pro, Lifetime) are billed according to the price shown at checkout. Pro is a recurring subscription you can cancel any time; Lifetime is a one-time payment for ongoing access. See our Refund Policy for refund terms. Prices are in USD unless noted otherwise and may change with notice for new billing cycles.

5. Your content

You own the data you enter. We need a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the service to you (for example: rendering your dashboard, sending reminder emails, generating your iCal feed). We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service at risk. On termination your data is removed as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it reliable, but we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered on time. Subnesio is a tracking aid, not a financial product — it does not initiate, authorize, or cancel any payments on your behalf.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Subnesio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will update the date above and notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
